Book of remembrance
CBI members have the opportunity to inscribe the memory of loved ones by listing their names in a special Book of Remembrance.
This book is a tangible acknowledgement of our love for those who have passed away but have not been forgotten.
This year, we will distribute a printed version of the book at Yom Kippur services and an online version will be available to view.
The deadline for submitting Book of Remembrance entries is Friday, August 30, 2024.
If you have any questions about this year’s Book of Remembrance, please email alex.cender@cbiboca.org or call 561.241.8118 ext. 135.
To the departed...
The departed whom we now remember have entered into the peace of life eternal. They still live on earth in the acts of goodness they performed and in the hearts and lives of those who cherish their memory. May the beauty of their lives abide among us as an everlasting blessing. May the Source of Peace send peace to all who mourn and comfort all the bereaved among us.
הַמָּקוֹם יְנַחֵם אֶתְכֶם בְּתוֹךְ שְׁאָר אֲבֵלֵי צִיּוֹן וִירוּשָׁלַיִם
May God console you among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
