Event Details:
Your student’s Bar/Bat Mitzvah is not so far away! 6th-grade students and families are invited to make a yad (a Torah pointer) to be used when your child is called up to the Torah as a Jewish adult for the first time. This meaningful family program will allow you to ask clergy questions and engage in dialog regarding what it means to become a Bar/Bat Mitzvah in 2024. A light breakfast will be served.
