Nagle Family Jewish Film Festival in partnership with the Boca Raton Jewish Film Festival presents “CBI’s Courtyard Cinema.” Join us in the Pollock Family Courtyard for our first in-person event of the year! Movie snacks and refreshments will be provided.
This Month’s Film: “Three Minutes-A Lengthening”
Facilitator: CBI Member Robin Nagle
The film presents a home movie shot by David Kurtz in a Jewish town in Poland in 1938. These three minutes of footage are the only moving images left of the inhabitants of the town before the Holocaust. Through voiceovers and interviews, the existing three minutes are examined to unravel the stories hidden in the celluloid.
