From family-friendly participatory experiences to childcare, Congregation B'nai Israel offers a variety of opportunities to celebrate the High Holy Days as a family.

Children & Family programs are open to our Members and Member Guests, unless otherwise noted. Members can click here to register. A separate email will be sent with instructions on how to purchase Member Guest tickets.

NCECE CHILDREN'S SERVICE

FAMILIES WITH PRESCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN

Offers families with preschool-aged children a fun, condensed worship experience of stories and prayers to inspire and teach the meaning of the High Holy Days.

JUNIOR CONGREGATION

SERVICE AND PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN IN PRE-K - 4TH GRADE

While you are worshipping in the Cohen/Friedkin Sanctuary, our younger congregants are invited to enjoy a High Holy Day experience of their own led by our SLJ (Religious School) team. They will learn about Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur through an engaging prayer experience, creative art project, interesting discussion and connection with friends.

T'FILLAH & TIKKUN: FAMILY PRAYER EXPERIENCE

SERVICE AND PROGRAM FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN IN 3RD - 7TH GRADE

SLJ teens will join our clergy in leading an alternative worship experience, which will feature highlights from the traditional Rosh Hashanah service. This will be followed by hands-on social action activities for all ages. This interactive service and program is for all CBI families with children in 3rd grade and up. Please note, children must be accompanied by an adult.
